If there are any of you still following this blog I am sorry I have not posted in almost a year. I am not really great at being a consistent writer. But I do have some stories to tell, 2014 was a crazy year and probably the biggest thing I did was move to St. George. I decided that it was time for a change and asked Grandma and Grandpa if I could live with them while I went to cosmetology school. They very kindly accepted, so I quit my job, packed up my stuff and Mom and the kids helped me make the move. I moved into the spare room on August 22, 2014. It was very hard to leave my family and friends in Orem, probably the most stressful part for me was not having a job to replace the one I had left behind. However my family here were all very helpful and loving, they tolerate my craziness and have all been very generous with their time and resources.
This picture was taken about a month after I moved in.
Due to problems with my financial aide I was not able to start school right away. I eventually found a job with the help of my cousin Ashley. I am now happily working and saving money for school which I hope to start in September of 2015.
The next biggest event that happened was the marriage of my best friend Kayla. She met her husband in March of 2014 and they were married in August, and I was the maid of honor. She is now expecting her first son and I am so excited for her and her husband.

I have also made several steps in becoming a real life adult like person. I am currently living in my very own studio apartment. I was fortunate enough to be able to move into the apartment behind my grandparents home with the help of my wonderful family. They all helped me paint and move all my junk. I also have purchased my very first car! With the help of Christina and Ryan I picked out my wonderful Red VW Bug who we named Louie. I have always wanted a bug and Christina and Ryan put in a lot of time to help me purchase my dream car. I can never thank them enough!! They are both so sweet and a true blessing in my life. They also got the wonderful job of teaching my how to drive a manual. There were some bumps along the way but we all made it. They were both very patient and awesome teachers!!
